Our current lead time is 10-15 working days. We will contact you via email when your order is ready for dispatch. For larger orders we may use a pallet courier service, if this is necessary you will receive an email before dispatch.

If you wish to return your items you must contact us within 14 days of purchase. If the Goods require collection, we will collect them from the address to which they were delivered. However, you may be charged with a restocking fee and delivery fee. Your refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and thoroughly inspected. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.
