Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please head to our contact page and the fill out the contact form where a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours.

​The returned product will be examined and inspected by our quality assurance team and we will notify you via e-mail within 48 hours whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

If you wish to return a product for any other reason, delivery charges will apply.
