How to measure for your opening width?

If you are installing between existing posts or pillars, provide us with the exact opening width in millimetres. If your walls or pillars are not perfectly straight, provide us with the narrowest width of the opening. We will manufacture the gate to your requirements and include all of the essential gate hardware for installation.

What RAL colours are used?

Black – RAL 9005, Grey – RAL 7015, Anthracite Grey – RAL7016, Cream – RAL9001, Green – RAL6016, Blue – RAL5003, Brown – RAL8025.
Colour displays may vary on computers and smartphones, if you have any doubts, order a sample pack from us to ensure it is right for your project.

Do you have any other colours available?

We have hundreds of colours in stock. If the colour you’d like isn’t listed above, please contact us, we will likely have it in stock or can order a sample for you. There may be an additional charge for this service.

When will my order be delivered?

Our current lead time is 10-15 working days. We will contact you via email when your order is ready for dispatch. For larger orders we may use a pallet courier service, if this is necessary you will receive an email before dispatch.

Are the gates easy to install?

Our gates are supplied fully assembled and are easy to install by a competent tradesperson or DIY’er.

What is the weight of the gate?

The weight of each gate varies depending on the design and size. On average, our 1800mm x 900mm aluminium gate is 12kg.

What material is used?

We use high-grade, durable aluminium to ensure longevity and a premium finish. Aluminium is extremely lightweight and strong, allowing for easy installation. This material ensures there is no corrosion, warping or fading over time, common issues with wooden or composite alternatives.

How are they made?

All of our products are designed and manufactured by our family-run business in Merseyside, UK. Each product is made to order and fulfilled in-house by our team. Can I incorporate branding, lettering or a logo into the design?

Yes, of course (and it looks fantastic)! Please visit our Bespoke page for more information.

What is the returns policy?

If you wish to return your items you must contact us within 14 days of purchase. If the Goods require collection, we will collect them from the address to which they were delivered. However, you may be charged with a restocking fee and delivery fee. Your refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and thoroughly inspected. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.
