The pergola comes with an installation manual, we recommend a minimum of 2 people when installing the pergola, with an average build time of 2 hours.
There is a flat rate delivery charge of £8.99 for UK mainland delivery.

We went for the full four-sided version with the decorative roof, and it’s completely changed how we use our garden. The design offers real privacy but still lets in plenty of light, and the detailing is beautiful, it feels like a real feature rather than just a structure.

How is the pergola installed?

Assembly of this product requires a minimum of 2 people, with a build time of 2 hours. We recommend positioning the pergola on a flat, hard surface. Expansion bolts are supplied as standard to secure the pergola to the floor.

What RAL colours are used?

Black – RAL 9005, Grey – RAL 7015, Anthracite Grey – RAL7016, Cream – RAL9001.
Colour displays may vary on computers and smartphones, if you have any doubts, order a sample pack from us to ensure it is right for your project.

Do you have any other colours available?

We have hundreds of colours in stock. If the colour you’d like isn’t listed above, please contact us, we will likely have it in stock or can order a sample for you. There may be an additional charge for this service.

When will my order be delivered?

Our current lead time is 20 working days. We will contact you via email when your order is ready for dispatch. For larger orders we may use a pallet courier service, if this is necessary you will receive an email before dispatch.

What material is used?

We use high-grade, durable aluminium to ensure longevity and a premium finish. Aluminium is extremely lightweight and strong, allowing for easy installation. This material ensures there is no corrosion, warping or fading over time, common issues with wooden or composite alternatives.

How are they made?

All of our products are designed and manufactured by our family-run business in Merseyside, UK. Each product is made to order and fulfilled in-house by our team. Can I incorporate branding, lettering or a logo into the design?

What is the returns policy?

If you wish to return your items you must contact us within 14 days of purchase. If the Goods require collection, we will collect them from the address to which they were delivered. However, you may be charged with a restocking fee and delivery fee. Your refund will be processed after the product is returned to our warehouse and thoroughly inspected. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection.
