Shipping And Returns
We manufacture all products to order and kindly ask customers to allow 8-15 working days for the manufacturing process to be complete.
Once your order has been manufactured, finalised and booked onto the courier service, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This will include full tracking information for your reference. We always use the quickest delivery service which is available to your address - this is usually a 1-2 working day service.
The lead time for bespoke orders can vary. This depends on the complexity of the item/s and the number of revisions required (each revision requires additional design time). Typically, bespoke orders are fulfilled within 4 weeks. Please contact our team with your enquiry and they will be able to advise.
Please note, if you miss the limited number of delivery attempts, you may be asked to pay a redelivery fee of £25.00 in line with the courier's terms. If you need to rearrange the expected delivery date, please contact our team or the courier service, and they will be happy to arrange this for you. We may not be able to change this if the order has already left our warehouse.
You may also wish to collect your order (free of charge) from our warehouse in Merseyside, England. Please choose the collection method upon checkout and contact our team to arrange the next available collection time.
Please note, if you come to collect your order and have not booked a collection slot with our advisors, your order may not be ready and we cannot be held liable for this and any inconvenience this may cause.
If you need to rearrange the collection date, please get in touch with us and we will help to reschedule this. If you miss the collection date, please make sure you contact our team to rearrange this before collecting.
Return & Exchange Policy
As all items are manufactured to order (we do not keep items in stock), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. If you would like to return the item for any other reason, restocking and courier fees will be deducted.
If you receive a defective item, please head to our contact page and fill out the contact form. A member of our team will contact you within 1-2 working days.
The returned product will be examined and inspected by our quality assurance team and we will notify you via e-mail within 2 working days whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Any product made to your specification and/or design cannot be returned and is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel the order during the manufacturing process, design and manufacturing costs will be deducted.
